When systems go down or maintenance is scheduled, customers need to be informed with clear updates like “All systems are currently unavailable” or “Scheduled maintenance is in progress.” My task was to design an internal interface for the bank’s support team that allows them to quickly create and manage such messages, ensuring timely and transparent communication with customers.

I’m Oleg, a Product Designer with more than 10 years of experience in fintech, crypto, and e-commerce.
I create digital finance experiences that make complex operations simple, trustworthy, and intuitive.
I’ve worked with large corporations, fast-growing startups, and freelance clients. This gives me a broad view of how products evolve in different environments and how to solve problems at any stage of growth. My focus is clarity, conversion, and user confidence across web, mobile, and design systems.
I combine design expertise with a technical mindset. I’m comfortable with HTML, CSS, and the basics of React. I’ve completed the GoPractice product metrics course, which strengthened my data-driven approach. AI is also a big part of my workflow, helping me explore ideas faster and deliver higher quality.
I enjoy working in international and cross-cultural teams. I like learning from colleagues and understanding how people in different countries think about finance and technology. When I travel, I often connect with people from the US, Australia, Canada, Thailand, Estonia, Latvia, Georgia, Armenia, the UAE, Cyprus, and many other countries along the way. This global exposure helps me design products that work well across regions.
Outside of design, I’m a multi-instrumentalist with more than 20 years in music. Creativity has always been an important part of my life.
