When systems go down or maintenance is scheduled, customers need to be informed with clear updates like “All systems are currently unavailable” or “Scheduled maintenance is in progress.” My task was to design an internal interface for the bank’s support team that allows them to quickly create and manage such messages, ensuring timely and transparent communication with customers.

I’m Oleg, a Product Designer with 10 years of experience, specializing in fintech and crypto products. I create solutions that make complex financial processes simple, trustworthy, and user-friendly.
I also have experience in e-commerce, which helps me bring a fresh perspective to financial design with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and conversion. I’ve worked in both startups and large corporations, gaining a broad view of how products grow in different contexts.
With a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology, I combine technical depth with design expertise. I’ve completed the GoPractice product metrics course and have hands-on knowledge of CSS and HTML. I’m currently exploring React development to bridge design and engineering, and I actively use AI tools in my daily work to speed up workflows, test ideas, and improve quality.
Outside of design, I’m a multi-instrumentalist with over 20 years in music. I used to play in a band and now focus on my own project, keeping creativity as an essential part of my life.
